How to make new vbridge.lib after modifying vbridge.c?

Hi,

I want to modify vbridge.c under
PUBLIC/COMMON/oak/drivers/ethdbg/vbridge, then how to get new
vbridge.lib? All other source files in under PUBLIC/COMMON/oak are
alike. If I can do this, it will be easy to debug and fix bugs.

I failed when try to "Rebuild Platform". I think MS doesn't
provide a intuitive way to get it, and I must do it manually. Did
anyone kown the means?
