Windows ce 4.2 Hive problem

Hello,
I am trying to setup hive registry on a National Geode GX1 with a HDD as storage. I have added from the catalog Hive based registry, Ram and Rom filesystem, Fat File System, and the Atapi PCI/IDE Storage Block Driver.
On the Hdd i have 500Mo fat16 partition where the Nk.bin is stored and there i also want to save registry. Below are my hive registry settings:
