PB5 Issue

Hi All,
I will really appreciate for the help/ suggestions with the PB5.
We are going to move from PB 4.2 to PB5 and I spent today a lot of time
with the PB5 issue:
1) I found that PB5.0 requires source files to be in the project
directory, rather than in whatever directories they happen to be in, as
with PB 4.2, eVC++, Visual Studio, etc. Is it suppose to be?? Is it
any way to work around??
2) In PB4.2 I can set all includes through "Tools-Options-Directories",
where I can find that option in PB4.2??
Thanks,
Val
.
