You can read the source. It doesn't really do much of anything. It's much
more an FTP sample than it is a Flash update sample. It assumes that
there's is a hard disk or other storage device where the nk.bin file should
be written in order to update the device and it assumes that, on reboot,
that nk.bin will be used.
There's no code given for directly updating linear Flash...
