1) I've used each of those cards on numerous PC systems and BIOSs and have
never needed to do anything special at all to support them. Can you specify
the board and BIOS version you have on the failing system?
2) This is not a bug, but a lack of understanding on your part of the build
system and how it works. VMINI.DLL is generated by the sysgen phase. The
default out of box configuration for the CEPC BSP is to include vbridge and
VMINI support in the OS build.
