Flash Update Sample Application

Hai All,

I am working for a ARM based Device with 32MB Flash and 64MB SDRAM.
I ported WinCE5.0 Iamge onto it including "Flash Update Sample
Application" catalog Item.

I don't find any documents describing "Flash Update Sample Application"
in PB.

I want to use this application to update my onboard flash?
Can I Flash update with this application? OR what for this component is
used?

I am getting a FTPUpdate shortcut on my desktop when I include the
above component.

Can somebody Explains something about this component
and help me in updating my onboard flash
