Recommendations for a PAx277 CE5 Board?

not Got a customer who requires SD RAM (SDIO is necessarily required)
We are looking at using an XScale board with CE 5.

We need to interface it to an I(squared) channel for external hw.

We want a small footprint for the board.
Cost is of course a consideration.

Any suggestions?
