File Sharing in 5.0

hi,
Could anybody tell me what this NRC_IFAIL and NETBIOS: not an allowed
interface is all about (refer to the debug output below)? The problem is
that when the system boots up, i am able to access the system through remote
configuration UI (using the device name 'box' as http://box/remoteadmn), but
unless i go into the UI, set a password (which should be done anyways i
guess) and only when i change the device name from "box" to something else
and then select one of the available Adapters, i am able to access the shared
folder. Without changing the name of the device i am not able to get to
view/edit any other options in the UI.
Find attached the debug output with all zones enabled, and the
registry settings. It is configured as an IA device with File Server, File
Server Customizable UI pulled in.
