SmbServer.dll (File sharing service) - issues with XP - SP2

After creating a 4.2 image (all QFEs through Mar 2005 installed), with the
SMB Service included (SYSGEN_SMB_FILE=1), then setting up the registry as
defined at the bottom of this web page:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnembedded/html/embedded05202003.asp,
the CE device is capable of sharing out files. The problem is that if an XP
machine with SP2 attempts to access the shares, XP's explorer.exe locks up
then eventually times out. The XP machine (with SP2) is able to quickly see
each of the folders being exposed, but if an attempt is made to open a
folder, explorer.exe locks up. This testing was performed with SP2's
Firewall disabled. An XP machine with out SP2 can access the exposed
folders just fine. Are there work-arounds or fixes for this SP2 issue?
(I'm assuming someone from CE Land would have found this problem and
initated a fix for it.)
