USB mouse - second time attach fails

Hi All!

I have a strange problem:

The first time I attach my USB mouse to the system everything works
fine, and when detaching the mouse the systems detects it according to
the debug messages. However after that the port seems dead, I cannot
attach anything. I've tried to put a breakpoint at
HubStatusChangeThreadStub in CDevice.cpp but it is not triggered.

Anybody having any clues?

System info:

Intel IXC1100 (ARMV4I)
Windows CE 5.0
ISP1561 USB chip from Philips

If I suspend/resume my system the port works again!
