PB 5.0 Target Control - Connectivity options

Hello,

I am trying to download an image to a Mainstore II and when I try to
configure the connectivity options through the Target menu I get the
following warning Message:

"Platform Builder was unable to read the device settings from the
Datastore."

I have ran the repair and reinstall of PB 5.0 to no avail.

What exactly is the "Datastore" and how can I resolve this problem?
