PB 5.0 Load from Hard Disc Error!

Have followed all the steps from the post "Mystery Solved - Boot CEPC
from Hard Disk" and been able to load the Win CE OS from the RAM.

But haven't had any luck with the hard disk load part of it. I have a
502 MB FAT 16 partition and have tried with two different boot loaders
(one that's created by setup.144) and the other one obtained by
rebuilding BIOSLOADER files with the code change in fat.h

#define READ_BUFFER_LENGTH_MAX 0x3000,

instead of

#define READ_BUFFER_LENGTH_MAX 0x4000,

The bootloader with 0x4000 gives buffer length errors on my serial port
and the bootloader with 0x3000 gives rebooting my x86 CEPC without any
error messages.

Is there any way to download the image from PB directly onto the
hardrive? Or do I have to burn an image onto a CD-ROM and copy it from
there.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kedar Trivedi.
