Re: How can I access SD Card via USB

I need to be able to SHARE the SD card on my device with a host
connected via USB. Is it true that the USB Function Mass Storage
Client cannot be shared? It must be unmounted from the device in order
to be presented to the host via USB as a device?
Can an Active Sync connection share a storage device? Is the only way
to do this with the Active Sync application?
Is the only way then to share the SD card on my device with a USB
connected HOST without special hardware is via RNDIS? But this is
essentially windows networking over TCP/IP and requires all the
necessary configuration including NetBIOS resolution in order for the
storage to show up in network neighborhood via SMB?
Hope this helps explain what it is I think I understand but was hoping
to have confirmed or refuted by the many experts that frequent this
newgroup.
Thanks for asking for clarification.
