I can believe that there's a significant difference, either in the
certificate stuff or in the browser itself, between ARM and SH. I'd go
looking for notes on the error with "SH" or something in the search text
(try searching the archives of this newsgroup, as well as Microsoft.com).
You might get a network sniffer and compare the, presumably working,
transfer that your desktop PC does to the non-working one that your SH-based
device does and see if that sparks any ideas. I'm far from expert on secure
communications...
