1. Yes. But there is no driver available out of the box. You'll have to
develop your own block device driver
3. CE has an FTP API, but you'll have to develop your own FTP client
4. Yes under CE 5.0. You'll need to have an EHCI compliant controller
5. There is a RNDIS USB client driver sample in CE 5. you should look at it.
