"unidentified usb device" on CE 5.0

I am trying to transfer files to an Ebox II using a usb key. I get the
error "unidentified usb device" I have entered usbmsc, usbmsc.dll, and
several other things (different cases, etc). I have had no luck in
getting the error message to go away and allow me to get information
from my usb key. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this?
