Standard SDK50 setup fails

I am trying to install the standard sdk 5.0 for eVC 4.0 Sp4. But the setup
hangs by "Removing backup files". Just a "Cancel" is possible. Are thre
known problems this about?

I have an side-by-side intallation wit eVd3 and eVc4. But the Standard_sdk
for WinCe4.2 is working fine.
