WinCE 5.0 Evaluation Edition Installation Problem

Hi,
I downloaded the evaluation copy of WinCE 5.0.
When I tried to install it, it throws an error saying can't locate data1.cab
file from one of microsoft site.
Does that mean that Microsoft has removed the files required for evaluation
version...................
Kindly help so that I can install the WinCE 5.0.
Also, what is the cost for WinCE 5.0 full version.................
