What would RNDIS have to do with that? Is IE in the image? Does it show on
the desktop? What network adapter are you trying to use? Is it connected?
Does it show up in the Network and DialUp Connections applet? What version
of Windows CE are you using? You've told us next-to-nothing about what
you're doing...
