data sends to COM port

Hello all,

    I build a CE image and it works good, but I found every time when CE
boots, CEPC sends some data to COM1 and when I run my VC CE program,
sometimes it also sends data to COM1.

   Can I stop this? Because we have a printer connect to COM1 and it prints
something we don't want.
