Skin question

Hi, everyone,

I have a question about skins in CE 5.0. Does the term skin means different
things for Emulator and for other device?

For emulator, skin can be easily configured by changing a XML and 3 bitmaps.
However, for other device, skin seems to be a customized UI and can be
replaced by chaning the Oomui, Startui and Calibrui. What I would like to
do is to have a IP phone interface similar to the IP Phone skin in Emulator.
Is there an easy way for that?
