Flexigrid ActiveX control in eVC++

Hi All,
I want to use MSHFlexgrid Active X control in eVC++4.0.
I registered the MFC MSHFlexigrid Active X control using RegSvr32
"pathname".
Then, I tried to insert the flexigrid control in the dialog box, it pops up
error :"MSHFlexgrid Active X control requires design time licence".

How can I use the Flexigrid ActiveX Control in eVC++.4.0. Any suggestions on
this regard is appreciated.
