PB5.0 and PB4.2 on the same PC?

Here is an easy question.

Is it possible to install PB5.0 on a PC with PB4.2 already installed?
Are there any known problems, if I wan't to work with both of them?

And the same question applies for eVCToolkit.
On my PC I have 4.0 SP2.
What version do I need to write applications for CE5.0?
And is it possible to have both versions on the same PC?
