MmMapIoSpace is not related to the OEMAddressTable mapping. It is
independent of that. OEMAddressTable mappings are system wide for use in
ISRs and the OAL. MmMapIoSPace maps virtual addresses in the calling
processes space to physical addresses using the caching type specified. If
you use false it will not be cached.
