QFE Package (July - September 2004) crash my system !!??

Hi,
After I install the following QFE, system will crash while copying file from
SD to SD in combination with power on/off.
Windows CE .NET 4.2 Platform Builder Quarterly QFE Package (July - September
2004).
Why ?
