How to add my Storage device to CE5.0 ?

Hi all:
    CPU:pxa270;OS:WINCE5.0; Connect(map) the hard disk to the
PCMCIA(controller) slot 0 of PXA270,not use the PCI bus.Use the true IDE
mode ,support the DMA transfer.
    Now, I have wrote(modify from ATAPI PCI driver) the ATA Hard Disk
driver.But how can i add my driver to the OS,and make the file system mount
the device?
