Hi,
I have resolved this problem.I found that when I get rid of "ROM-only File
System" item from OSDesignView, explorer.exe and services.exe loaded
successfully and WINCE main interface appear on screen.
but who can explain it? why I can't load explorer.exe and services.exe when
I add "ROM-only File System" item to OSDesignView?
