What should I do with a CAB file

Hi all,

Sorry for this newbie's question, recently I built CAB file by following a
example in PB4.2.

Yes, I can get a CAB file now. What should I do next to install this program
into my mobile device.

I try to use ActiveSync "Add/Remove Program....", seems it doesn't work.
