The way I read the licensing for PB/Windows CE, you are not permitted to
distribute bits and pieces of the OS in that way. You might look and see if
MS is distributing the IE ActiveX control for Pocket PC for applications
such as yours. "IE" on CE is really just a wrapper around that COM object
and, if you had the object that you could legally install on your PPC, it
wouldn't be too much of a job to build an application around it.
