Did you mention about the BINFS??
Mutilpe XIP and BINFS is not the same.

so I assume it is about BINFS.
Flash itself is not a problem, but the FLASH Driver did!!
the BINFS is a Filesystem and it need a Disk Driver to access data store in
your Flash.
So if there is no Disk Driver for your Flash, the BINFS will NOT able to
access data in your Flash.
