usb keyboard and mouse config ?

            i have a set top box (STB)device. Because i do not know IRQ and
I/O to config for my ethernet card, so i create WINCE OS to install into my
device by this ways:

                        + we create a bootable floppy disk for wince.
            + copy everything from floppy disk to STB hard disk.

            + Make STB hard disk bootable by sys command.

            + Copy nk.bin (Windows CE binary image or Romimage) from STB
platform we created by Platform builder into STB hard disk

            + Boot with STB hard disk.

            + run WINCE OS in STB by dos command line: loadcepc
/L:800x600x8 /v nk.bin

+=> WINCE OS appears but USB keyboard and mouse is not available while we
can use these device from dos interface . we only can control by the STB
remote device in WINCE => after a few minutes, STB automatically reset or
Block => ??????????

==>can anybody help me to config USB keyboard and mouse and show me why STB
automaticlly reset or block... after a few minutes?
