Video Acceleration support on Wince

Hi,
    I am planning to develop windows CE 5.0 video playback system on Intel
PA270 + 2700G. I have got 2700G register spec and find many HW video
acceleration caps, but I don't know where is the interface to WINCE. Any one
can help me?
