SDMMC on WINCE500

SDMMC entries are no longer in 5.0 oak common.bib and common.reg, it is also
removed from "Storage Devices" catalog. OAK\drivers has SDCARD now. What
does this mean? Can I still use my 4.2 SDMMC driver code when I migrate a
4.2 platform to 5.0? I suppose yes, but it is not recognizing SD card on
5.0.

I will debug it and give some more details, but would like to try here first
and see if anyone knows something about migrating SDMMC to 5.0.
