RNDIS for Wake on LAN?

    Hi All,
    I have to implement a wake on LAN support for my wince device. My hardware
    contains a vt8235 chip which contains a LAN controller.
     Should I use RNDIS to implement Wake on LAN feature for my device. Can any
    one tell me about the magic packet frame or any useful links.
