You may use remote registry editor or Modules Viewer to see if the
e100bex.dll is loaded properly.
And, you may also use the pcienum.exe to exam that is the NIC could be found
or not.
If the driver is loaded but still have a problem, you may use the
ndisconfig.exe to exam the binding of your driver.
