    Depends on what you mean by "don't link up"

    The objs should be linked to create eboot.exe, if that doesn't happen then
    something may be wrong with your dirs or sources files, or you are not in
    the right directory.

    But if you mean it doesn't run romimage to create eboot.bin, then run
    romimage eboot.bib. You can also do this by using a makeimg.inc and setting
    WINCETARGETFILES in the sources file that creates eboot.exe. Look at CEPC
    and PB Help for more info on these.
