Question on serial KITL.

I have some experience in pocketpc driver but not in serial driver and
KITL.
I'm trying to implement serial KITL and this being first KITL work in
our team, It's not easy to do this.
In OEMInit() I have called some function that calls KitlInit() and
calling KitlInit seems to call OEMKitlInit().
And I have no idea what to do in OEMKitlInit() to implement serial
KITL.
Should I do serial-related setting? or something else?
Serial driver is implemented by other man and currently I can see
serial debug message.
And after serial KITL is implemented, I cannot see serial debug
message any more?
And now I am working with PocketPC AKU not platform builder, and how
can I use KITL feature like single step and breakpoint related with
platform builder IDE?
