Has Windows CE.NET 4.2 Got Display Properties Option?

Dear Sir,

     I want to know whether Windows CE.NET has a displaly properties option
similar to Other Windows Operating System? I have a Touch Screen Application
made in Visual Basic 6, this application has few combo control box for the
user, but since this is a Touch Screen Display User finds the small width of
combo control box button and scroll box very annoying. Though the width of
combo control can be increased by increasing the font but the combo control
button ans scroll bar width does not change. In conventional Windows
Operating System we Have a display property option on Desktop right click.
i.e. Right Clicking Windows Desktop

   right click-> display properties->appearance tab->items

we can select "scroll box" in the "Items" fields and the corresponding SIZE
field is enabled. now we can change the size and as much as we want.
     If windows CE.NET has this option then my task becomes easier else i
would have to make an ActiveX Control.
