Quitting a program

Hi
Our handheld device runs wince 4.2. A customer has purchased a third party
terminal emulator and installed it on our device. The software works as
required, but a request has been made to somehow be able to lock the
application so that users cannot not close the application.

Is it possible for us to do this???
