Help: WCEr 4.2 How to download BSP on target

Hello,
I am working on a taget VIA Eden/C3 with VT8606 (Twister T) and VT82C686B
chipset.
The target and my PC are linked with ethernet cable (not on the LAN)

I wrote a BSP "BspTest" with Platform Builder 4.2
I made a MSDOS floppy boot disk using websetup.exe and cepcboot.144 located
in
"C:\Program Files\Windows CE Platform Builder\4.20\cepb\utilities"
I configured the remote connection in platform builder (Etherrnet for
Download and Kernel transport) and the settings are unchanged
I rebooted the target (with floopy disk)
I started download/initialize and nothing append (message waiting for BOOTME
from BspTest)

Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong ?
