How to connect Visual Studio .Net 2003 and my ce target playform

    I want to use the .NET Compact Framework. But it seems Visual Studio .Net
    2003 only support Pocket Pc and Windows CE .NET Device.

    My questions are:
    First, is the Visual Studio .Net 2003 support Windows CE .NET 4.2 platform?
    Second, Visual Studio .Net 2003 gives 2 options IrDA and TCP, my platform
    does not support IrDA, so how to connect target playform through TCP?
