Ok, found it.
The project was damaged, a user feature existed twice, only one instance was
being shown.
Had to remove all user features, shut-down PB, re-load PB, remove the
offending user feature which had re-appeared, shut-down PB (again), then
re-load PB and re-insert the user features.
