EHCI host controller not work on CE 5.0

Dear all,

I am developing USB 2.0 camera driver on CE 5.0. I have met a big problem.

I build a platform for CEPC. The machine I use for CEPC is a Dell Dimension
4700. I download os image to CEPC by Ethernet. The CE is loaded and works.
Unfortunately, it cannot recognize any USB device.

Thus I disable the integrated USB on the Dell's maini board. I plug a PCI
USB 2.0 card into Dell. The CE is loaded and works. At the same time, it may
recognize USB device.

I have checked. The EHCI.dll, UHCI.dll, and USBD.dll, are all loaded under
these two situations.

Why does the integrated EHCI host controller not work?
