Who's going to do the build of those exe and dll files? PB or eVC. If eVC,
you can just add the exe and dll names to the project.bib file.
If you want PB to build them, this is more difficult, at least in PB 4.2 and
earlier (haven't tried 5.0 for MFC applications). There's some guidance in
the archives of the newsgroup, if I recall correctly...
