Mounting an ATADISK Hard Drive

I'm have WinCE 5.0 running on an x86 which is jumpered to use its Compact
Flash as a Hard Drive where it appears as a Secondary Master. The whole
system boots from this HD but once WinCE is running, I'm unable to mount it
or access it from the 'Storage Manager' Control Panel applet.

I've read through countless help files about this and haven't really found
any definitive solution to get this working.

The desired end result is to have the root of the file system (as well as
the hive-based registry) mounted on this HD.
