This is probably caused by a re-install bug in PB, especially if you picked
a different install directory.

Please try this:
* Uninstall PB
* Look in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Platform
Builder
* Delete the 5.0 registry keys. They should have been removed by the
uninstall but weren't
* Reinstall PB
