No, it doesn't. I must have misunderstood you. You have to be an
administrator on the local machine so that the install process can continue.
That may not be sufficient, though, since your local rights are not the only
ones in play when a network share is involved. Certainly, if you are an
administrator on the local machine *and* on the networked drive's device, I
don't see a logical reason why it wouldn't work to install PB there.
Ron's point should be well-taken, given the cost of hard drives, too.
