You don't have a driver for a LCD. As on the desktop, you have a driver,
not for the monitor, but for the graphics card, right? The same is true on
Windows CE. The two pieces of hardware that you identified are both display
adapters that *will* work with LCD panels. Whether they work with a
specific panel or not depends on how the hardware is built and how the
adapter is configured, both of which are under your control.

If you have a specific adapter that you want support for *you have to tell
us which one*!
