How to support RTSP protocol on ce 4.2/5.0 based device ?

Dear all:

   I want to support RTSP protocol for streming media contents.
   But I cannot find any information about this issue in help document.
   Is there anyone who has achieved it ?
   Need I write my own code for support it or find solution from somewhere ?
