USB Drivers

Hello Everybody,
   I am new to device driver development. I want to write Win CE USB
device driver. I want simple two way message communication between
desktop pc and win ce device over usb cable.
I have third party desktop usb drivers. I do not want use Activesync
for this communication.
What I need to do for this? What kind of USB drivers on wince I need
to write, client/function etc? Any suggestion will be helpful.
